The company

One licensed operation, from survey to bullion.

Pemba Gold Mine Company Limited (PGMCL) works in the mineral belt of the Morogoro region, where the Uluguru and Nguru mountains have long been a source of minerals, gold among them.

We cover the whole chain in-house: geological survey and soil sampling to find gold-bearing ground, open-cast extraction, refining and separation of gold from ore and stockpiles, and sale of the finished gold. Every site is worked under a Primary Mining Licence.

We also welcome partners who want to take part in our mining projects. The terms are agreed directly with our management team.
